Eastern Avenue Self-Storage Site Design

In the East York district of the City of Toronto, this vacant brownfield site was sought by a private client for development into their flagship self-storage facility mixed with office and retail uses to complement its urban context. Popovich Associates was commissioned from the early stages of project initiation to develop the site programming. Popovich Associates lead the development of a unique semi-private and semi-public streetscape design that involved critically researched artistic intervention.
