An art intervention proposal for Segovia, Spain involved a time-based lighting installation aimed at featuring the historically significant memory of the Wall of Segovia by evoking in the public a consideration of how time shapes our memory of a place or object.

The lighting concept proposed changing color gradients reminiscent of the movement of light in the sky with the passage of time that choreographs the wall’s disappearance and re-appearance and its visibility in the city’s landscape, receded and saturated.
The installation involved textural rendering of the light projected on the wall with the fluid motion of water that embodies the fleeting notion of time.
